PROHORECA stands for quality, authenticity, and heritage; and that’s what its demographic of clients value. The primary goal of the design was to improve online sales. We implemented best practices and standards in e-commerce, bringing our knowledge of brand and user experience to the platform to guarantee success. We also looked for new ways to bring exciting features to the experience including predictive results in search, and utilities like carousel browsing to product tiles on the catalog landing pages. Once on the site, our predictive search functionality makes the commerce experience more focused and direct, and product browsing is richly improved by the carousel functionality: it leads to lower bounce rates and contributes to the overall excellent experience.
